NEW ANTI-CHEATING SYSTEM
If you let your opponent have some extra shots you are hurting their chance to get a fair handicap. Our system and the league operator do not run your handicaps up like other leagues you may have played.
We recognize that most of you will never play any better than you do now so when you get to your handicap level you will stay there. Some of you will hit in the middle of your handicap #. Some will hit near a border line and may move up and down depending on recent games. But you will recieve the fairest handicap possible, there is no reason to not give 100% to win and get your team quailified to play for money.
The #1 problem we have is when one player has won a couple of matches and knows his opponent can not catch up, they then miss a few balls letting their opponent play more. This is an embarrassment to the player and does not let his true abilty show so he can get a true handicap.
The home office is clamping down on cheating they have sent a registered letter to a player and his league operator, stating the player is out of the league and is not welcome back! I DO NOT want this to happen here, so I made my own system with the help of the handicap computer operators.
New System is as follows,
#1-If a player is not playing a fair game I will put restrictions on the TEAM!!!! This way I will have help getting through to this player that he is screwing up everybodys handicaps and it must stop.
I can and will put a lock on all team players that their handicaps can NOT go down. Again I promissed myself that I would not minipulate peoples handicap like the operators of the other league. If someone else on this team is struggling with their handicap, they are stuck with it.
#2-I will not allow false information to be entered into the data banks. (this should keep the innocent players handicap from going up)
#3-I will suspend a player. I would rather have this happen from me because the top officials don't care if a problem person straightens out or not, their suspensions are permanant!
#4- I will ask that they are made ineligable for the Rally in the Valley or Titleholder Tournaments
I am asking all team captains and players to think of what they maybe doing to other players if they are throwing or playing down. I do not want to be the bad guy but I have over 300 players and you are only 1 their interest must come first.
If you feel someone is not playing you fair explain to them your thoughts if they continue being a problem, shoot the 8 ball in the pocket take your loss and your LOT than contact your league operator. This player would beat you anyway after you catch up. Then call buddy the next morning. To stop this problem you must let it known that you and your team won't play a person that will not play fair.
